Is there a contract?
No. Lumina is licensed month to month. You pay for the month you are in, and nothing locks you into a year unless you choose the yearly price yourself.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. The plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Every article it published and every fix it made stays on your site, because all of it is your site.
What happens after I sign up?
You connect your website, Search Console and Analytics. Lumina checks the whole site, builds the list of search terms worth winning, and starts writing. You approve the first article before it goes live, or you let it publish on its own.
Who does the work?
The product does the work. It finds the terms, writes and publishes the articles, and makes the fixes on the pages that need them. On Plus and Max there is also a person at Machina you can reach when you want someone to look at something with you.
What do you need access to?
Three connections: your website platform, Google Search Console and Google Analytics. You grant each one from your own account, and you can remove any of them whenever you want.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down. Moving up raises your allowances for the month you are in, and moving down takes effect on your next bill. Every allowance covers your whole account, so the sixteen articles on Max are spread across your websites rather than sixteen on each one.
